The Custom style, presentation patent plaque is based on the patent certificate issued by the United States Patent & Trademark Office and includes a patent plate reproducing the drawing (when available), the abstract from the patent front page, and a reproduction of the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office seal.

The presentation plate centered beneath the patent plate can include up to five lines of the buyer's choice, e.g., for the inventor's name, the corporate of university name, expressions of appreciation, etc. The standard 5" length of the presentation plate can be changed to accomodate longer wording, if necessary. The presentation plate can also be used to add a logo.

The Custom Presentation Plaque is available in three sized (9X12, 10.5X13 and 12X15), and can be created with the buyer's choice of solid walnut, high gloss cherry, or high gloss onyx base, combined with satin gold or satin silver patent and presentation plates. Backing plates of bright, reflective gold or silver are mounted behind the presentation and patent plates, extending in a 1/4" border.
