This patent plaque is for those wanting a reproduction of all details of the front page of the patent as issued, including the title, issue date, one of the patent figures, the abstract, the names of the attorneys-of-record and examiner, a list of cited references, and other patent examination details.  In some instances, limited changes can be made to the patent front page image, e.g., to change the illustrated figure, or to correct typographical errors made by the Patent Office.
