Iplax patent plaques are available in a large variety of plaque sizes, metal plate finishes and prices, enabling you to select just the right patent plaque to suit your budget and decorating requirements. Traditional plaques are mounted on plaque bases, while framed plaques are framed in a metal frame and mounted on high gloss acrylic plates. Several specialty patent plaques are also available.

Traditional Plaques are available in four sizes (6"X8", 9"X12", 10.5"X13" and 12"X15"), three traditional plaque bases (solid walnut, high gloss cherry and high gloss onyx), and two metal plate colors (gold and silver). Optional trim plates, also called accent plates, in black, maroon, bright gold and bright silver, are available as an option. All plaque bases are drilled for wall mounting or can be mounted on a plaque stand.

The Framed Plaque is available in two sizes (11X14 and 13X16). In this design, the gold or silver plaque plate is mounted on a high gloss acrylic base plate in your choice of four colors, and framed with a metal frame color coordinated with the plaque plate. The framed plaque mounts flush against the wall with included hardware.

Double Patent Plaques On the left plaque panel, the Certificate page reproduces the patent certificate issued by the United States Patent & Trademark Office with all new patents. This panel can be customized in several ways. When there are multiple inventors, you may choose to include one or more of the inventor's names. The assignee's name, where applicable, is also optional. In addition to the assignee name, or as an alternative, a corporate logo can also be added to the plaque beneath the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office seal at no additional cost. Just send us a high resolution (at least 300 dpi) image of your logo when ordering. The front page of the patent is reproduced in exacting detail on the right panel of the plaque showing all of the details provided by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office in the issuance of the patent.

Presentation Patent Plaques Presentation patent plaques are modified versions of our Custom, Classic and Certificate patent plaques, adding a presentation plate beneath the plaque plate for the addition of up to five lines of your choice. These plaques are especially designed for use by corporations and universities as part of inventor awards and recognition programs. Either presentation plaque style can be assembled with your choice of solid walnut, high gloss cherry or high gloss onyx base, and satin gold or silver plate. Each plaque plate is mounted on a bright reflective backing plate, providing a 1/4" reveal around the plaque plate's outer edge. The presentation plate can be adjusted in width to include your selected wording and/or logo.

Engraved Patent Plaques These plaques are the black version of our Custom, Certificate, FrontPage and Trademark plaques. The plaque image is laser engraved at 600dpi on a gold or silver color metal plate hardcoated in gloss black, exactly reproducing all of the patent details. These plaques are available in three sizes (6"X8", 9"X12", 10.5"X13" and 12"X15") and three bases (solid walnut, high gloss cherry and high gloss onyx). Optional black trim plates are available for the 9"X12", 10.5"X13" and 12"X15" plaques. All plaque bases are drilled for wall mounting or can be mounted on a plaque stand. The Custom and Certificate style plaques can be customized to include one or more of the inventor's names. Inclusion of the assignee's name, where applicable, is also optional. A corporate logo can also be added to the Custom and Certificate plaques beneath the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office seal at no additional cost.

Acrylic Patent Plaques Acrylic patent plaques are available in four distinct series, plus additional specialty plaques. All acrylic plaques are designed to be displayed on a desk, credenza, etc. Details of the plaques, including drawings, abstracts, and other patent details are laser engraved at 600 dpi into acrylic plates.

International Patent Plaques We can also make patent plaques to display your international achievements. Canadian, PCT and European patent plaques are most often ordered by our customers. However, we also have access to images of patents from most European countries, and can make a plaque from patents of any other country, e.g., China or Japan, if you provide a scanned high resolution image of the patent.
