Can I see a proof (artwork) of my plaque before you make it? Yes. We always email PDF proofs for your approval before producing your patent plaque and will send revised proofs until you are completely satisfied.

What is your turnaround time? For small orders of five plaques or less, we normally send proofs within 1-2 business days and ship the plaques in 5 business days or less after you email proof approval. Arrival time depends on your location and the type of FedEx shipping you request. Email or call if you have a larger order and we will give you an estimated time. We always do our best to accomodate rush orders.

Are your plaques guaranteed? Our plaques are 100% guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied with your plaque for any reason whatsoever, let us know within 30 days of receipt and we will replace the plaque or issue you a complete refund including shipping, whichever you prefer.

Do I have to order online? No. You can order by phone using our toll free number (1-888-865-31120) or email us at: IPlax Info. We are here Monday-Friday from 9am to 5:30pm. A real person will answer the phone.

If I want to order several patent plaques, do I have to fill out the order form for each plaque? No. You can use the Bulk Order form link at the top of each order form page, and just attach a list of patent numbers, such as an Excel spreadsheet.

How do I add our corporate logo to the plaque? We can add a corporate logo to most of our patent plaque styles. There is an upload bar at the bottom of the order form. Save an image of your logo to your computer. Then, just click on the bar and then click on the image of your logo. You can also email the image separately. There is no charge for adding the logo. You logo image should be a vector image or at least 300 dpi for quality reproduction. The logo can be black/white or color.

Do I need to send you a copy of the patent? No. We get an electronic copy of the patent and all of the drawings as filed from the Patent Office. All we need is the patent number.

I have ordered before, but am not sure which plaque I ordered. Do you keep a record of my past orders? Yes. Just send us an email with the name you used on past orders and we will send you your order history.

I want to order a Front Page style plaque, but I want a different drawing. Can you change it? Yes. Just put the desired Figure number in the comments when ordering.

You have several different plaque designs, but I don't see exactly what I want. Can you modify a design? Yes. Just tell us what changes you would like us to make and we will see what we can do.

Can you also make plaques for International patents? Yes. You can order plaques for some countries online at: International Patent Plaques. Since the front page of patents from many countries are not very attractive for display, we also offer Custom designs for each country. If you want a plaque for a country that is not listed, contact us. We have made plaques for patents from over 30 countries.
