Design-A-Plaque
This page is provided to assist you in selecting your preferred combination of style, base, trim, and plate for your patent or trademark plaque. While specifically for the 10.5"X13" plaque with optional trim, the page can also be used to view possible style, base and plate combinations for the 6"X8" and 9"X12" plaques.
After you select each of the options and click "Continue", a pop-up window will open to show the plaque in your selected combination. (You may have to temporarily disable any pop-up protection to view the result). If you want to see another combination, close the pop-up window and modify your choice. After you have made your selection, go to our OrderForm page to order.
