Corporate Patent Plaque Program

Volume Discounts - Corporations and universities ordering at least 10 plaques per year receive a volume discount on all plaque orders.

Ordering Plaques - To order plaques, just email a list of the patent numbers and any information unique to the order, such as the name or names of the inventors for each plaque when the Custom or Certificate style is ordered. We keep on file your shipping address, plaque size, type of plaque base, plate color, and any other relevant information.

Payment - Payment can be made by credit card or we will send you an invoice when shipment is made, with payment due Net 30 days. If you choose to pay by credit card, we keep your information on file, so you only need to update the information when your card expires or the card to be billed changes.

Corporate or University Logos - Your logo can be added beneath the USPTO seal on Custom and Certificate style plaques at no additional cost.

Patent Tracking - If you want, we will send you a list of patents issuing to your corporation or university. The list can be send monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually, as you prefer. If you want plaques for the patents issued, all you need to do is authorize us to make the plaques.

Guarantee - Our guarantee is simple. If you are not completely satisfied with the plaques that you recieve, let us know within 30 days of receipt and we will immediately replace the plaques at our expense.
